I am cut out for something or
I am cut out to do something = I am the right person for something, I have the neccesary qualities

 examples:

• He is not a very patient man. He is not cut out to be a teacher.
• I 'm not cut out to live in a big city. I was raised in the countryside in a small village. 
• He is not cut out to be a lawyer. He is not smart and hard-working enough.
• They are such a nice couple! They seem to be cut out for each other. 
• She isn't cut out to be a ballerina. She isn't slim and flexible enough.
