take down = lower your trousers or underwear (without completely taking it off)
examples:
- Children don't wait to find a toilet. They just take their pants down in the middle of the street!
- Take your jeans down and show the doctor where the jelly-fish stunk you.
- The clown took his pants down and then he took his underwear down and underneath he was wearing other clothes and all children laughed!
